We are looking to replicate the exterior doors for the surfclub in surfside, florida which you provided. We are planning to have louvers on the face of the doors and looking for a belt motor driven bi-fold door. The door will be at the ground level of a car lift. Do you have any technical specs of what needs to be placed in the car lift shaft?

Hello, Bhalendu Gautam this side, I am an Architectural designer at Arcadis. We are looking for overhead doors options to use as basis design for an ongoing project of Bus maintenance and operations facility for Broward County transit, Pompano Beach, Florida. We have two large openings of size 60’x14’ each on this project where we would need to provide these doors. As Broward and Dade counties in Florida are high velocity hurricane zone (HVHZ), and there are specific building code requirements within this zone that must be met. Whichever door we decide to use as a basis of design will need to meet the wind load requirements as well as the wind-borne debris impact requirements. We need confirmation that your doors will be able meet these requirements on way or another before we consider using them. This is a for a publicly funded project.

Hi. I was wondering if you have a door dealer in Florida. I am currently enclosing my current 2 car garage and adding a new 70' x 30' RV garage to the side of my home. We will be installing a 16(w) x 14(h) traditional RV door when the building is complete. I was searching for alternatives to the traditional RV Garage door and came across your website. The photos of the Korthius garage door are amazing and I'm interested in doing something similar. I really like the appearance of the traditional garage door but to have the full RV door functionality when needed is amazing.
