Looking for cold weather door seal options for bottom of hangar door and floor in Alaska. Our current rubber seal leaves some 1/2" gaps hear and there and is cold/dusty/and snowy when windy out. The rubber seal is installed behind the outer panels and a real pain to adjust at this point. We are wondering if there is a system that could be installed right to the bottom of the steel door frame the create a better seal with the floor? Thank you.

Hello, I am wondering what is available online for routine maintenance regarding strap Schweiss bifold doors? The company I work for (Bering Air) recently started operating 3 strap bifold hangar doors. 1 new 1 newly converted and 1 newly acquired older door and we have plans to convert two more hangar doors to straps. Is there any online courses, videos, or manuals for routine maintenance and adjustments? We live and operate in remote Alaska and would like to know we are maintaining our hangar doors properly. Any info or suggestions will be helpful.
