Hi, I'm exploring the option of specifying one of your bi-fold doors for a client in a fly in resort application. The clear opening would 49'-0"W x 17'-0"H, solid door clad with reclaimed barn wood. I'm putting together a schematic set of drawings right now and would like to provide cut sheets to my structural engineer so he can plan accordingly. I am exploring options for a project at an existing fly-in resort. The owner has ordered a new truck that will be taller than the existing door opening through existing roll up doors. The existing building walls are constructed out of reinforced concrete block. We only have approximately 7" of space to work with between the existing opening and bottom of the roof deck. I am trying to determine what type of fly-in resort doors will work best 1. What is the size of the header tube. 2. cost of these units.

I have two 40' Fly in Ranch hangar doors and I want to add Schweiss automatic latches on them. I am also considering putting automatic door openers with automatic latches on them as well. What info do you need from me to get a quote?
